This program trains potential volunteers on how to properly perform animal transports for orphaned, injured, or ill wildlife that has no way of getting to our center. At the end of this course, you will have the opportunity to become a Wild Rider with a name badge and use your newly learned skills to be an important part of the rescue process. The more transports you complete, the more rewards you will earn. Without the Wild Riders, there would be lots of wildlife that would be unable to get the help they desperately need. Our Wild Riders help provide transportation for wildlife in need of help that has already been captured by a rescuer but do not have transportation to get to the HHS Wildlife Center. This is an incredible service that helps orphaned, injured, and ill wildlife receive veterinary care and rehabilitation that they otherwise would not have been able to receive.  Â
